You will see a popup asking you to confirm the download. Click "Allow":

In the Downloads folder, double-click on Goalpost.dmg. It will open a window showing the Goalpost app. To the right, open a second Finder window and set it to the Applications folder.

With the mouse drag the Goalpost icon into the Applications folder. A message will ask for confirmation, reassuring you that Apple have checked for any malicious content:

You can now run Goalpost from the Applications folder in the normal way. Click on the blue "Step-by-step Installation Instructions" button below,
to continue the installation steps necessary for all devices, including Apple Mac:
