We are based in County Cork, in the Republic of Ireland.
Goalpost was originally devised to assist the owner of the business in speaking
Spanish. Having studied many courses online and from books and CDs, he remained frustrated by his lack of ability to master
basic Spanish conversation.
He realised the problem was the lack of opportunity to practise. Conventional courses were unsuitable, because of their
fixed repetitive audio, which quickly became predictable.
What was needed was an app which could create phrases randomly, thus mimicking the unpredictably of live conversation. This was the basic
idea that led to the creation of the Goalpost app.
